• 48-hour notice is required for cancellations to avoid charges

5. Fees and Payment

Service Fees

• Valuation fees are quoted in advance and must be agreed before work begins

Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
• We accept bank transfers, cheques, and major credit cards

• Professional indemnity insurance covers our valuation services

8. Customer Responsibilities

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel appointments with 48 hours notice without charge
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
• We may cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances

Refund Policy

• Refunds may be available if we fail to provide agreed services
• No refunds for completed valuations unless there was a material error
• Disputes will be handled according to our complaints procedure
